Di sini adalah tempat developer dan player Visual Novel berkumpul.

Bagi yang belum tau apa itu Visual Novel: format permainan yang lebih condong ke dialog, narasi, dan ilustrasi visual.

Kalau kamu memiliki Visual Novel silakan daftarkan Visual Novel kamu di sini (hasilnya bisa dilihat di daftar Visual Novel), atau Story (novel, fanfic, cerita, dsb.) silakan daftarkan story kamu di sini (hasilnya bisa dilihat di daftar story). Terima kasih!

Liputan

VNProject Indonesia pernah diliput oleh Arya Wibowo di Tech in Asia (20 Juni 2015) sebagai tempat bagi para pecinta Visual Novel. Di liputan tersebut diceritakan John Fernando (Novinha) memulai dengan tujuan ingin membuat Visual Novel Indonesia dengan kualitas komersial. Tidak diketahui secara pasti kapan berdiri, tapi forumnya sendiri dibuat pada 30 Agustus 2007. Pendiri VNProject Indonesia meninggal dunia pada 12 Oktober 2011.

Lanjut di liputan tersebut adalah bahwa kepengurusan berikutnya tidak hanya dipegang seorang. Ada Vdp (Irvan Putra), Ioze, dan Nakhod sebagai pengurus berikutnya. Ada juga eXo, Ika, Prasas, Hari, Stefani Jovita, dan banyak lagi yang membantu VNProject Indonesia untuk ikut acara seperti Comifuro Indonesia. Maskot lucu VNProject Indonesia berupa gurita dan cumi berdasarkan maskotnya Yumi (Roservette/Chu~3) dan ada yang namanya Ika yang artinya cumi di bahasa Jepang. Maskot lanjut dibuat oleh Yui dan KaNoir.

Website VNProject Indonesia sudah berpindah dari vnproject.org ke vnproject.id serta aktivitas pindah dari Facebook Page/Group ke Discord sejak 27 Mei 2018. Sekarang moderator yang ada adalah CrisD (eXo), Irvan Putra, K‑Sensei, Mad Scientist, azureXtwilight, dan Nana Hanifah.

Acara yang sering diadakan VNProject Indonesia adalah game jam, di mana para peserta membuat game bersama. Dimulai dari Novejam 2021 yang sepi lalu diaktifkan kembali pada April Jam 2023, lalu Novejam 2023, dan akhirnya mulai ramai di Novejam 2024 dan Akhir Pekan Bercinta. Bagaimana akan aktif komunitas ini?

Reporting

VNProject Indonesia has been reported by Arya Wibowo at Tech in Asia (20 June 2015) as the place for Visual Novel lovers. At that reporting, the story is John Fernando (Novinha) starting with the goal to make Indonesian Visual Novel with commercial quality. Not exactly known for sure when actually founded, but the forum itself is made at 30 August 2007. The founder of VNProject Indonesia died at 12 October 2011.

Continued at that reporting is the next management not only handled alone. There are Vdp (Irvan Putra), Ioze, and Nakhod as the next managers. There are also eXo, Ika, Prasas, Hari, Stefani Jovita, and many more helping VNProject Indonesia to join events like Comifuro Indonesia. The cute mascot of VNProject Indonesia which octopus and squid are based on mascot of Yumi (Roservette/Chu~3) and someone named Ika which means squid in Japanese language. The mascot continued made by Yui and KaNoir.
